These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through www.insidestoreldn.com. By placing an
order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, colours and finishes are as accurate as
possible.
However:
● Variations may occur due to digital display settings.
● Certain products are handmade and natural variations may occur.
● Such variations shall not be considered defects.
All dimensions and specifications are approximate.

3. Orders & Contract Formation
Payment is taken at the time the order is placed.
However, a legally binding contract between you and Insidestore Ltd is formed only when we dispatch the
goods to you. An order confirmation email confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute
acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch, including where:
● Stock is unavailable
● There is a pricing or technical error
● Delivery to your area is not possible

● We suspect fraudulent activity
If we cancel your order before dispatch, you will receive a full refund.

4. Pricing & VAT
All prices include VAT at the prevailing UK rate.
We reserve the right to amend prices at any time prior to dispatch.
Promotional prices apply only during the advertised period and subject to stock availability.

5. Stock Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Whilst we take reasonable care to ensure stock accuracy, errors may occur. If goods become unavailable
after your order is placed (including due to warehouse error, supplier issue, or loss in transit), we will:
● Notify you promptly
● Offer a replacement (subject to availability), or
● Provide a full refund
Our liability in such circumstances shall be limited to the refund of the price paid.

6. Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made within 30 days in accordance with the Consumer Rights
Act 2015.
Risk in the goods remains with Insidestore Ltd until they are delivered to you.
If goods are lost or damaged before delivery, we will replace them (subject to availability) or provide a full
refund.
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Cancellation Rights (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving
the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at orders@insidestoreldn.com.
You must return goods within 14 days of cancellation.
Goods must be returned:
● Unused
● In original packaging
● In resalable condition
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless goods are faulty.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

8. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Customised or made-to-order products (including products where colour, material, finish or size is
selected at the point of order) are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right unless faulty.
Cancellations for custom orders may only be accepted within 7 calendar days of the order date.

9. Faulty Goods
If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to remedies under the Consumer Rights
Act 2015, including repair, replacement, or refund as applicable.
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if goods are damaged.

10. Pricing Errors
If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amounts paid.

11. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death
or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

Subject to the above, our total liability for any claim arising from a contract shall not exceed the price paid
for the goods.
We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

12. Media Codes & Promotions
Discount codes:
● May only be used once
● Cannot be combined with other offers
● Must be used before expiry
● Cannot be applied retrospectively

13. Withdrawal of Products
We reserve the right to withdraw, amend or edit products, descriptions, or prices at any time prior to
dispatch.

14. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Information provided is used solely for order processing and customer
communication.
We do not share personal data with third parties except:
● Payment processors
● Delivery providers
● Legal authorities where required
We use Shopify and Google Analytics for anonymous usage analysis.

15. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in website content, designs, text, and images belong to Insidestore Ltd.
No content may be reproduced without written permission.

16. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control,
including supplier failure, transport disruption, natural disaster, or governmental action.

17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
